1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, signing in, connecting a repository, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Stridely, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Stridely for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you may have under Danish or EU law.
2. The service
Stridely connects to GitHub repositories you select and produces STRIDE threat models, code-evidence-linked findings, scan status, subscription usage, and optional push-triggered monitoring.
Stridely is an assistive security tool. It does not replace your own secure development process, legal review, penetration testing, vulnerability management, or professional security judgment. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require manual validation.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account, GitHub account, and credentials used with Stridely. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You may only connect repositories that you own or are authorized to access and analyze. You are responsible for the code, data, secrets, personal data, and third-party material made available through those repositories.
4. GitHub permissions and repository data
Stridely uses GitHub App installation permissions approved by you to list, read, and monitor repositories you select. You can revoke GitHub App access through GitHub or disconnect repositories in Stridely where supported.
You grant Stridely a limited right to access and process repository content, metadata, webhook events, and related information solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
5. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Stridely is subscription-based unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Plans are billed through Stripe and include the repository and monthly scan limits shown at checkout. New accounts may receive one initial scan without an active subscription.
Subscriptions are tied to your Stridely account and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise. Prices, plan limits, and features may change prospectively.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may have statutory withdrawal rights. When you request immediate delivery of paid scans, you ask us to begin performing the digital service before any withdrawal period expires. Subscription fees are non-refundable to the extent the service has been performed, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Stridely to:
- access, scan, or monitor repositories without authorization;
- upload or expose unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse queues, or disrupt service;
- probe, attack, or reverse engineer Stridely or its infrastructure;
- use scan results to violate law, third-party rights, or platform rules; or
- submit secrets or regulated data unless you have the legal right and appropriate safeguards to do so.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your repositories, code, and content. Stridely and its licensors keep ownership of the service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Stridely for your internal security and development purposes.
8. Third-party services
Stridely relies on third-party services such as GitHub, Stripe, AI model providers, hosting providers, email providers, and support or feedback tools. Their terms and privacy notices may apply to your use of those services.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Stridely will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use Stridely unlawfully. You may stop using Stridely at any time and may request account deletion from account settings where available.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Stridely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that every security issue will be found, that every finding is correct, or that following a recommendation will make your application secure or compliant.
To the fullest extent allowed by Danish and EU law, Stridely will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or security incidents arising from use of or reliance on the service. This limitation does not apply where it would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, except for conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Denmark unless mandatory consumer or local law gives you another venue.
13. Contact and privacy
